My name is James Bellile and I am a licensed Nevada Realtor living in Las Vegas. Although it’s sometimes difficult to shake the publically ingrained stigma of being, ‘some real estate guy,’ I always strive to set myself apart from the flock. “Bring Light to the Dark Corners of our World, One House at a Time” is the saying found on the back of each of my business cards. I believe in that saying whole heartedly. I was born in the small town of New London, a nice little town in central Wisconsin (now boasting a population of just over 7,000 people after a near 30 year growth surge), in which I remained through high school. While, simultaneously, working and enrolled in the Army Reserve Officer Training Corps (R.O.T.C.), I attended college at the University of Wisconsin—Madison, where I graduated with undergraduate Bachelor of Science degrees in both History and Political Science, 3.3 and 3.5 GPA respectively, in May of 2001 (Originally my goals were to pursue law school or to become a history professor, but life has a way of putting its’ own spin on things. God willing and the pupil finally ready, I discovered, much for the better, that my passion is real estate). At age 22, upon graduation, I was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Army's Quartermaster Corp and entered Active Duty a few days later at the beginning of that summer. For the next four years I participated in various missions via the U.S. Government holding positions of responsibility from Platoon Leader through a Battalion level staff head, such as the S-2 Intelligence Officer.

After the completion of my four year service commitment, I was honorably discharged at the rank of Captain, and moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, in the spring of 2005, where I intend to reside for many years to come. I have been involved in real estate since buying my first property here, while still in the Army, in July 2004, and have been either a Realtor or a finance professional, since November of 2005. I have completed extensive coursework in finance, insurance, and in real estate, and have tinkered in construction, remodeling a few homes from the ground up myself (Please see below this bio for a complete list of recognized formal training and experience). In 2010 and 2011 I was recognized by Cambridge’s Who’s Who of Las Vegas as being in the upper 10% of real estate agents in Nevada.

I enjoy my work thoroughly and love the fact the amount of monetary gain I receive each year is in direct proportion to the number of people I assist and the quality of the work I provide to them. I believe being able to drastically positively influence another person’s life is one of the greatest accomplishments anyone can receive from their daily employment and I’m very happy to have finally found my calling. During my time in military service and the last few years here, entrenched in Las Vegas business, I have seen more than my fair share of the dark side of humanity. In light of these experiences, I take it very seriously to never treat my fellow human beings as less than, just that, my fellow human beings. It's an unfortunate reality that most of us, at one time or another, have had to work to survive in our modern world, but I've always shared the philosophy that, although anyone can take, true people of prosperity give back to the world around them. Furthermore, I am a Realtor who still understands that I am a member of the ‘service industry’ and that, if I don’t provide a ‘service’ to my clients, then why should they contact me.

Hopefully my site is one small item that helps others avoid some hardships of their own and assists each person with making the decision that is best for them.
